It was a great game for three periods. Timmy Knipp is the real deal. The wildcats gave Elliot all they wanted in the first half and most of the Third. In the Fourth period the cats let a couple calls get in their head and Elliot took advantage of it quickly. Elliot has a real nice team. Lynn Camp will only get better from such great competition. Hopefully these two teams can hook up again possibly in Richmond.

It was a two point game in the first period of play and only 2 or 3 point lead by Elliot at the half. Lynn Camp is going to get better as the season goes on. Playing great opponents like Elliot County will season them for a solid run at the All A. First period Elliot 20 and LC 18. At the half it was Elliot 36 and LC 35. In the 3rd period Elliot went up by 6pts to make the score 58 to 52. The fourth period got the cats. Lynn Camp also had four players in double figures. Cody Mobley 19pts, Tyler Wagner 14pts, Brad Bargo 13pts, Brian Smith 10pts, and Josh Solis with 7pts. Elliot has a very nice team!

Lynn Camp usually has great 4th periods and Elliot seems to have first period blitz assaults. The roles got reversed tonight. Great game to watch. Both teams make really exciting plays. Timmy Knipp deserves all the recognition he gets. Lynn Camp will be a very tough draw for any 13th region team by the end of the year if they keep improving. Good luck to both teams this season.

I keep telling people this might not be last years team but they are still very very talented. So happy for the Lions but they got a long season a lot can happen!!!

Only radio station that carry it are 102.9 out of west liberty but the cougars are playing tonight so it is on delay at 9:30. Knipp had a triple double last night as well 30 points, 18 rebounds, and 12 blocks. Pretty impressive when I found this out today. They play at 7:30 tonight!

I love to see that for Timmy. I'm not an EC fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I really like that kid and hope he has a great season.:thumb:
