I haven't looked today but the cards dropped to -3 last night. I'm probably going to put 20-30 on them just because I'm going out to watch the game. If they are a contender they should roll in this game. San Fran is tough for me to go against as I have a real close friend coaching there. More than anything they have taken on Singletary's attitude. Smith has played well the last few weeks. When they finally decide to spread the field where Smith is at his best then ride Gore they will be a handful. I like the cards but even more with San Frans injuries especially at the tackle and db spot. Staley is one of the more underrated players in the league.

I agree but Smith has been holding his own.

He is OK, but I don't think he can take them very far.

I am getting in a bowl pool with spreads, so who are so games everybody likes with the early lines, I have to turn in Friday.

I took Arz for 30 on ml. I want to bet more but my gut says no. Smith has been good but Warner has been playing as good as he can. I agree Gore is the stud there. I think if they spread the field to get guys out of the box to feed him they will be even better. San Fran is bad vs the pass. I might throw more on arz joping they can get up early and force San Fran to throw.

I'll look at weekend games later slick. I think Indy and jacks might play third.

Slick, early Bowl game I like Rutgers -2.5 against UCF. I just like the big time schools against teams from the MAC or Conference USA.

Played some props: Warner over 1.5 Td's -240, Hightower over 77 yards total, and Breaston over 9.5 yards, surely he catches 1 pass, if he dont play bet is off.

I believe the Breaston bet would be over 9.5 yards on his first catch, am I correct?

See why my gut was worrying. I expect Warner to bounce back. These last 2 minutes are big. Slick anybody I know doing the bowls? Room to get in still?

Should have gone with the gut but ah well. I expected the Cards to play with more of a sense of urgency not turning the ball over 7 times!

Side note one of my best friends from Louisa KY is calling in all the plays for the Niners. He's only 29 or 30! I've seen him about 5 times tonight standing by Singletary calling in the plays. I went with him on a recruiting visit to Notre Dame. He went to Army but transfered to Western and QBed them to the National Championship. Wish I could tell you all the path he has taken to the Pros. I won't be one bit suprised if he isn't either a coordinator...head coach in the NFL or coach of a big college. It's amazing seeing him out there with Singletary..Fitz..Warner..Gore...Willis..Boldin etc. It's crazy! I'm happy for him. It's worth the money tonight.

Anybody touching the Indy/Jax game tonight? It's at Indy -3.5, but I'm just scared players will sit still do they have enough talent to beat the Jags at Jacksonville?

I won 100 on the Colts tonight ml. I'm up 40 on the week NFL. The Colts were down when I left the sports bar but won it! Bad news was the guy I'm playing in our big money fantasy playoffs had D. Clark and he got off. He started Collie too who scored a TD. I benched Simms Walker because he was hurt and he scored a TD.

Colts D looked really bad and they still one. Interesting to see how that plays out in the playoffs.

I took the Suns +2 for 40 in the late game.

I ended up buying the half point and taking Jax +4 I ended up pushing its better then losing money. Tonight I like Montana at +2 no.1 seed an underdog? We'll see if Vegas knows what there doing.
