First congrats to the Scott Co team. Best of luck in the rest of the playoffs.

Game was much closer than most predicted. I knew that we could play with Scott Co. Many missed opportunities in the 2nd half for GRC. Thanks to all the 12 seniors and the many memories you have given us.

Congratulations to GRC on a great season.

Clark football team’s comeback magic finally ran out Friday as the Cardinals fell to Scott County 18-15 in the second round of the Class 6A District playoffs.

GRC Coach Paul Columbia said he was proud of the way his team had played all year, and the way they came back in the second half. “So many people asked me before the season, ‘How are you going to win more than the Montgomery game and one more?

Six weeks after being shut out by Scott County, GRC sent a message that this would be a different game, taking the opening kickoff and marching 80 yards in six plays for a touchdown. The drive was capped off by quarterback Andrew Dini’s 51 yard run. Andrew Moody’s extra point gave the Cardinals an early 7-0 lead.
