GRC goes undefeated and wins the district.:dancingpa

Never would have thought that at the beginning of the season. Very proud of these Cards and coaching staff.

Next week is home against Campbell Co.

Madison Central finishes the regular season winless.

Clark won its first outright district title since its state championship run in 1991 and finished district play with a perfect 3-0 record.Once again it was Clark’s defense that carried the load.Clark had two sacks and six tackles for negative yardage. Pokey Harris sparked the defense with 11 tackles, while defensive lineman Daniel Schendeman had a tackle for a loss, a sack and a quarterback hurry. The Cardinals finished with 196 yards of total offense, with most of those yards coming on the ground. Quarterback Andrew Dini and fullback Mason Jones combined for 84 yards and one score. Dini completed two passes on eight attempts, including a 60-yard strike to Mykal Barnes in the first half.
