Nicholas was hit pretty hard by graduation losing key players in McCarty, Workman, and Mynear. I would think that Campbell will move to SS replacing Workman but finding a replacement for Campbell at 2nd will be tough.

 

NC will also have to find some new arms in the rotation returning IMO one seasoned player.

This is a very good preseason list. I'd put Pendleton County a little higher, and Scott a little lower. Beyond that, I'd say this is right on the money.

 

I honestly think PC is a #8 at tops. Losing one of the better players in recent PC history it will be tough to replace a kid like Patrick.

Campbell County will be taking the field under new coaching this year. They will field a good team, could surprise some people.

There's no doubt Johnson was a great player. Alex Valentine was Pendleton County's best hitter last year though, and they return their best pitcher in Colton Partin. No doubt Johnson will be missed though. His leadership may be the hardest thing to replace
