Ryle Question??

Featured Replies

Maybe its me or I am just seeing things. But the first week I don't remember Ryle having any logo on thier helmets. Then the next week they had just one on one side then this past week I noticed they had logos on both sides. Am I seeing things or is that true and if so is there a meaning behind it. Just something I have been wondering.

You are correct that there was nothing on their helmet in their first game.

It is the coaches' policy that the team must earn the logos. First win got them one logo, second win the other. Been doing it that way for at least a few years. I kind of like the idea. :thumb:

What do you do if the team wins 3?

We already have. Maybe they all get tattoos or something.

Neat idea! I like it better than the individual stickers, which - IMO - promotes individual achievements over team achievements. (they also - frankly - look kind of ugly after a player gets about a dozen of them placed all over his helmet...)

The qb gets to pass the ball once.

Agree totally.:thumb:

Ok good I am glad I wasn't seeing things. I noticed it for the past few years and was curious what it was about. It is a pretty good idea. Thank you for letting me know what was up with it.

I agree. I don't like the individual stickers it singles out individuals and this is a team sport.

Oh dear lord. Please don't let the Beechwood faithfull hear this.
