I have no clue. It is still too early in the year to know who has what on the freshman level IMO. Beechwood's freshman team is getting better every week. They held their own against Conner in a scrimmage. They handled Newport easily in game 1. I am not sure I see NewCath winning by a bunch but I have heard NewCath and Cooper are the teams to beat in the Small School Division of the Freshman League, so anything can happen.

If NCC tackles better than they did against Cooper. They should come out on top. Although Cooper did a good job against the NCC running attack. I look for things to be much better. Hays and Myers will rule tonight.

Do both of these teams have freshman only? Do either have 8th or 10th graders filling out the rosters?

NCC has 22 frosh. No other classes

Beechwood 8th and 9th grader's only and may have a 7th grader. JD
