My church along with the FCA fed the football team last friday. I was there and helped and told some of the players that I'll come to the game. Seneca has a very good team and went ahead 21-7 in the 1st. Fern Creek stayed with their game plan and ran the ball. I saw a pretty good duo at the backfield.

 

The speed was very surprising. The QB has great size and a good arm but didn't throw many passes. Their defense up front has good size and did a great job against a very quick qb for the Hawks.

 

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see this team will most of their games, I have no connection to the team but live in the area and plan on seeing more of them. If you gert a chance to see them let me know what you think.

 

Also if anyone is interested in having a FCA speaker speak to a team let me know and this also goes for any sport boys/girls. They might even feed the team, I'm just sayin.

Fern Creek has an outstanding offense. They have better talent on that side of the ball then both Trinity and Highlands. I don't know how strong Franklin TN is but I think Fern Creek has the ability to go undefeated with the rest of it's schedule.

Ram, I couldn't say that I'd make some folks mad, but glad you did. I have ties at Eastern/Male.

Given the fact that we have a QB situation that is flighty until Krags is 100%, our starting RB is injured and we had 3 returning starters from last year's squad I am not at all offended by that statement. Our offense always is better at the end of the year than it is at the beginning and this year the odds are good it will be even more pronounced with all the youth we have to break in.

I don't think you did, but please don't take it as offensive at all. I used those examples because most people on here know very little about Fern Creek but a lot about those teams.

 

Jerrell Moore is Mr Football type good, no question in my mind about that.
