BARR ALREADY SET HIGH FOR NEW RAM

By AARON SYNDER / The Independent

RACELAND — As the Rams took the field for the regional championship game against Lexington Christian last November in one of the most memorable seasons in school history, one newly enrolled Raceland student found a seat in the stands.

Raceland’s John Scott Carver scored a quick touchdown to give the Rams an early 7-0 lead.

“I was sitting there, and we scored a touchdown,” said the student spectator. “It made me want to strap on my pads and do all I could do for them.”
