August 7, 200917 yr Author Just under 60% with 15 TD and 3 Int as a freshman is very impressive, especially at Baylor. He looks like the real deal to me. And, considering how much he should improve with a couple more years of experience. I don't think its a stretch to say he could be on the short list of top prospects ever. If he were under center at a marquee program, he'd be one of the most talked about players in college football. But, it's early. This is all based on him developing as we would expect a great young player to do...you never know if they will or not. JMO I think what you said is an accurate assumption IMO. :thumb: Griffin has the potential to be a major prospect, but obviously he has to continue to improve.
