If HHS can score 3 or 4 they have a solid chance of winning.

NCC IMO will hit Sanolia hard. Look at last two games NCC has played. They had trouble with Klaus,from Newport who is a junk ball pitcher and Mayes from Bellevue, who is a junk ball pitcher, when he came in. I'm not sure who all HHS has besides Sanolia but a junk baller is who they need to pitch IMO. Not a knock on Sanolia I think he is a fine pitcher but NCC hits the good pitcher better than they do to Junk Baller.

I'm with ya on that one. I have said that all along this year for the Birds. The best hitting teams are supposed to hit kids who throw mid 80's. Highlands would do better today with another pitcher IMO and then maybe come in with Sanolia after you mess with their swings. You know whoever plays Covcath will have to do that if you even want a chance to win. The Covcaths of the world kill good solid pitching in the 80's. It's been proven game after game and NewCath is no different IMO.

We need an ump to answer this but I believe the umpire has some discretion as to something being done by an opponent to cause the balk............I for one have never understood an ump not granting time to a batter if the pitcher is still in his set position. This seems to cause more problems and confusion by not granting the time than it does by not allowing it. Was not there so not sure of this specific scenario.

A.J. Smith threw straight fastballs against New Cath and they didn't even get a hit.:confused: I think Sanolia will be very effective. I will take Highlands 5 to 4

Sanolia is a good pitcher but not Smith good. Best of luck to both teams. I don't have a dog in the fight. Just my humble opinion.
