To many balls, not enought strikes. You have to keep the ball around the plate. You have to challange batters with balls in the strike zone to get them to chase balls out of the strike zone.

 

I agree with that. If the catcher is setting up down the middle of the plate, it would seem that is what they are trying to do, just not getting it done.

Why doesn't the Whitman kid get to pitch more? I saw him pitch against Lexington Catholic and he seemed to throw the ball real well, but a parent I was talking to said he hasn't really thrown many innings for GRC this year.
