Tough loss for the Tgers. Couldn't rack up any hits all day. Well done by the pitcher and the catcher(I believe Hitchcock) mixing up the curveball and fastball all game. Really had the Tigers on the back of their heels.

Don't know the specifics...but, it appears the Cru is playing quite well as of late? Some very tight games against some good teams. Didn't they lose a close one to Lex Cath and New Cath lately also..? Seems like there's more? Holy Cross maybe...?

They lost 2-1 to Lex Cath in 8 innings, and the Holy Cross game was a very good one too. Also beat holmes right after this Beechwood game.
