April 28, 200917 yr Is anyone else completely pumped for this movie to come out on May 15th. I read both The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons. The second I finished Angels and Demons I said, "Wow that could make a great movie". No...you can definitely enjoy this one without seeing the Da Vinci Code. They really have nothing to do with each other except the main character is the same person.

I’ve been waiting for him to put out a new book. I haven't read Digital Fortress, but I did read The Deception Point, which I would say I almost liked even more than Angels and Demons...it was pretty close. I just really enjoy his style of writing, makes it easier for me lol. I believe I read somewhere that he is in the process of writing a new one.

I could definitely see it as well...a couple years down the road. If Angels and Demons is a pretty big hit, then I could definitely see it happening. By they way... Would anyone else agree that Ron Howard has turned into an awesome movie-maker?

April 28, 200917 yr I believe I read somewhere that he is in the process of writing a new one.Yes. It will be called "The Lost Symbol" or something like that. Due to be released in September.
April 28, 200917 yr Author Should I read the book before I watch the movie ?:confused: Being that I haven't seen the movie I can't answer that. But from the looks of it, the movie looks pretty darn good...so I would say No.
