It is the only plane in the world that can move directions like that, it almost just floats at times then it's gone out of site in seconds.

 

 

Actually there is a Sukhoi design that has 3D thrust vectoring as opposed to the 2D thrust vectoring of the F-22. That said it isn't a stealth aircraft like the F-22.
