Bellevue at Boone County 3/31

Featured Replies

Bellevue coming off a good win over Newport and Boone county coming off a blow out over Walton.. Both teams are playing good ball right now so What are everybodys predictions?

The Rebels take this one 3-1.

Where is this game being played at?

Boone County 5pm.

I got Boone. Cotton's speed will prove to be a huge factor. He'll have a good game. It'll be a decent game though. Rebels-5 Tigers-2

Boones top three hitters are very quick. Cotton leading off and does a nice job on the bases . Brennan Carroll runs with the best of them bats second and Lokesak who is the quickest of the top three bats third. Then followed by Nate Alford with good speed. So Boone in general is loaded with good speed. Coach Huff has them staggered in the line up for run production. So far it's worked. Luke Sciamanna who is having an outstanding season to date at 3rd base also has good speed at the bottom of the lineup.

Boone will need to contain Hunter Jones of Bellevue. You don't stop this kid! You just do damage control.

As far as speed goes Bellevue's top 3 are probably as fast as any with Barrett, Buckler, and Jones. Boone seems to be hitting the ball very well right now. That could be the difference in the game. Bellevue just hasn't hit their stride at the plate yet. When they do I think their line up will compete with any.

I couldn't agree with you more. It seems like some guys have hit the ball solidly for the Tigers to start off the season, but some guys who are more than capable of hitting the ball have started off slow. Once the team hits as a team, and finds their groove, they will be tough.

I think the Tigers are tough now! Rob Sanders is a good freind and has done a great job with the program. Kids like playing for him. He's tough but also coaches with affirmation. Bellevue's sticks will come back, the kids they have can compete with anybody. Boone is not underestimating the talent Bellevue has and I'm expecting a close hard fought game.
