Sweet 16 Ticket Information

Featured Replies

I was wondering - do children have to buy tickets to the Sweet 16 games? Particularly, my 2-year old?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Could a mod delete the thread, please?

Why don't you post what you found out, so if someone else has the question they will have the answer.

If a child is under 2 and can be held in your lap (thus only taking up one seat), you do not have to purchase an extra ticket. If the child is older (my 4-year old), you do have to purchase a ticket.

Since this is a ticket thread, I did find out last night that when you go to purchase tickets for the next game, there is a limit of 4. I needed a total of 9 for the group that we are with. With the limit and the need for several people to get tickets for the same group, we are now spread out 4-6 rows apart with one person stuck sitting by themselves. We are hoping we can swap some seats once we get there. We would swap the lower seats and sit higher if we can sit together.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

We had the same issues, we went in back to back and let them know at the time of the purchase we wanted to be together and the lady at the ticket window did a great job taking care of us.

I found out when I went to the window that if you tell them you want 4 in lower, they will sell you lower. But, if you tell them you want more than 4 then they bounce you upstairs with up to 8 tickets to be fair.

You can devise your strategy based on that but seating availability should change after tonight's sessions have ended.
