That was a great shot. Didn't look like a heave at all. Congrats to Anderson County. Of course a heartbreaker to Shelby County.

 

What you really can't tell from the video on this thread is the low trajectory the ball took. Penny did a great job of coming to a jump stop, and getting off a good, squared-up, jump shot. But the ball had very little arc to it - hard to tell in the video - so he had very little room for error on the shot. (of course, from that range, you have very little error, anyway!)

 

Most shots you see win games like that are desperation, from-the-chest-two-hand heaves...Penny made it look like he was shooting a 20 footer... :notworthy:
