This game was the Jarrod Polson show. He and Aaron Watts are easily the two best players in the 12th region and if I wasn't going to Richmond for LexCath/Scott County, I would definitely come and watch the show tomorrow night at Lincoln County because they both mean everything to their team. West Jessamine(Polson) led this game from start to finish. I think Wayne County got close in the 3rd, but then Polson scored 5 quick points to ruin any type of comeback Wayne County was thinking of. When you see Polson, you wouldn't think he is capable of scoring 51 on LexCath, but he is deceptively quick and his jumper is pure. I hope to watch more of him next year. I hate I waited this late in the season to watch him. Good luck to West Jessamine tomorrow.

West has another semi-easy win. Should bode well for them against McCreary Central who had to win a war tonight against Lincoln Co.

 

Also, let me say that Wayne Co.'s Soph. Center will be one of the best players in the 12th Region next season.

 

And, Ethan Spurlin of Lincoln Co. is right there with Polson of West Jess. & Watts of McCreary Cent.

True, McCreary put forth a lot of energy and effort while West seemed to cruise. Both teams didn't use more than 6 men so dead legs could be an issue, but I will say that Watts has more help than Polson. It's still a tossup for me. I think it'll be another great close game. We all know McCreary is going to pack the gym and I think that may be the difference. Should be a dandy.

Yeah, me too. He's smooth and in control no matter how fast he may be moving. Very controlled and a joy to watch.
