Congrats to Montgomery and good luck in the finals. It should be a very good game.

I am not sure about stats but Campbell County shots just did not fall for them. If they would have made a couple of shots this game could have gone either way because with about 1:30 left in the game they had to start fouling.

 

Montgomery County shot very well tonight.

 

Congrats to Campbell County on a successful year. I know you all did not reach your final goal of making it to state but it has been fun to watch you all all year.

On a side note. It would be nice to see the same support tonight for Campbell County during the regular season.

Montgomery Co made some runs but could never run away from Campbell Co. Campbell did not shoot very well. Some of that had to do with Montgomery Co's defense. They changed it up between some half court traps and solid man to man. Campbell Co hung tough. The Peters girl had a nice game inside. Campbell Co. had a very good season.

I knew this one would be closer than most thought.

It was a tall order CCHS had against the powerful Indians. Good luck to the CCHS seniors. I know they gave it all they had in their final high school game!
