No way ! A fight between Bellevue and Dayton? :popcorn::lol:

No fight, just an un-necessary shove in the back on a break away layup. A Bellevue kid shoved one of the Dayton kids when he was just inside the free throw line on a break away. It was very unfortunate that the kid hurt his wrist on the play after scoring the first 4 points of his LIFE in that game.

 

All in all, the officials handled the situation well and the kid was tossed from the game. The incident did overshadow an overall great team effort by the Greendevils.

That is bush I would hope that the Bellevue coaches took care of that kid.

I heard that he is out for their remaining games this year and may be suspended for the first 2 games next season because he caused an injury with his flagrant foul. Anyone from Bellevue have further details?

I do not have any further details, but I do know he is suspended for the remainderof the season. I do not think he will be suspended for any games next year as he is fulfilling his punishment for the remainder of this season. However, I do believe it was an uncalled for foul and that the situation was handled very well by the officials and the Bellevue coaches.

He should be back for tonight's game against Ludlow. It was just a sprain, but he did have to miss practice time.
