February 5, 200917 yr Author I'm glad to hear Jay-Z's Unplugged get mentioned so much because it might be my favorite. I also have Nirvana and Alice In Chains. LL Cool J also did one years ago that I remember because "Mama Said Knock You Out" with a live band, including a really amazing piano part, was just spectacular.I pulled out the Jay-Z CD and have listened to it several times today. I had forgotten just how good the CD is. I especially like "Heart of the City(Ain't No Love)" ft. Jaguar Wright, "Song Cry", and "Can't Knock The Hustle" ft Mary J. Blige.

February 5, 200917 yr Their Storytellers was amazing a year or two ago, right after their latest album was released. I DVRed it the night it premiered... Still haven't deleted it. They are working on a new album... Due out this summer, I believe. I can't wait!

February 5, 200917 yr Do they ever release these as cd's? Some of them. They don't release all of them though which I'm guessing unplugged does.
