Equipment Change Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 I agree, Scott County is loaded with talent and Bourbon County is building. I think Coach Bordas had his guys ready, but that was a tough task for a team rebuilding. Scott County is going to be tough to beat in the 11th. I think Phares is the most under rated player in the state. What schools are looking at him?
