When was the last time the 16th region had a top 5 boys team (Elliott)and a top 5 girls team (Rowan) in the rankings at the same time?

If you're referring to the RH girls, I dont believe any boys team would have been there. If your referring to Mayo and company, that may have coincided with a top WC team.
