What does everybody think about Texas/Ohio State game tonight?

Hey Wireman, where have you been with those killer OVC plays, conference season is in full force?

I have to think Texas covers in this one. But you know what usually happens when you think that.

I have the same feeling about tonights game that I did in the 'Bama/Utah game. I just couldn't bring myself to bet against 'Bama no matter the spread. Same thing tonight. Texas seems like a lock, but the line is moving the other way. Can't take OSU, though. Go Horns.

I went w/ UT Martin in OVC action -2.5 and don't ask me why but for some crazy reason I took Ohio State after loving Texas since bowl matchups came out.

I went big on Texas and am not feeling to great about it right now with the OSU defense playing the way it is. Need a turnover or special teams to ignite the Longhorns. I think if they can get up a TD the pressure will snowball but right now that isn't happening. I also took the Indy/Den over. Den has cost me a lot by covering the Under so many times in a row! Look it up. It's ridiculous how hot they are and Indy has been over like 5 of 7. Den is Over like the last 6 or so. I've got to ride it out so I went fairly big to cover the losses. They average around 205 each if you look up the totals. The line is 221. I don't know if it will hit tonight as the Under but it has too soon.

Always bet with the streak not against it! Seen a guy lose like 15 in a row, as he kept betting on black and kept landing on red, a while back at the Argosy!

248 they scored tonight!!! I might be done for awhile! UNREAL! Plus Texas sucking it up tonight. Won 1,200 in fantasy football so had a big cushion but I think it's about time for a break other than the NFL for me.

Always better to step away than to try to win it all back real fast.

What was the line on UT/OSU?

Online I had it at Ohio State +10, my local had it at +9.5.

For January 6, 2009: I am going to take Tulsa in the bowl game and Creighton -12 in hoops, good luck to all.

I had Texas at 8

I usually don't like to back Joe Public, but how can you not play Florida tonight. On line I see it has went all the way up to -6, Vegas is begging people to play Oklahoma right now. I think you can throw the theory of betting against the public in this type of game where so many people bet this game that normally don't bet too many games, like Superbowl, derby, etc.

The line moving that much tells me its just not "Joe Public" betting the Gators. It is the professionals too. I took Florida.
