January 9, 200917 yr Author In a game with this much national exposure, Vegas has one goal and that is to get the money wagered as evenly proportional as possible. With all that said I still am going to play Florida, can't wait to see what my local has on this game.
January 9, 200917 yr Author Betus has dropped its line to -5, but my local had it at -6, maybe some late heavy steam on the Sooners? Thought that was interesting, those guys probably waited as long as they could to see how many more points they were going to get. What these books are not wanting is a Florida win by 3,4 or 5 points.
January 9, 200917 yr Author I said heck with it and went with my gut and played Gators in first Q and first half and game, at -.5, -3, & -5. But I am ahead for the week thanks to Philly and Tulsa, so let it ride!
January 9, 200917 yr Author Yes it does, but it was my smallest play just for that reason, didn't know about possessions. Hard to bet too much when you dont know if possessions will be 2-1 or such, should have played it on moneyline but I would have to have laid -140 or so.
