I think Scott was trying hard to not run up the score. The reserves were in most of the 4th quarter.

Believe me. Scott's coach is not the type to run up a score. He does require his players to play hard all the time...his bench included. I would say this explains the score difference.

Scott's starters out of the game with over 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Liberal substitution in the 2nd and 3rd quarter. Calvary appeared to want to play uptempo and Scott was just better at that pace.

Any stats?

Wanted to know if it was true that Scott was still pressing in the 4th when up 40 points?

Per the enquirer leading scorers for Scott were O'Conner with 23, Gligoravic and Murray with 18 each, Niederegger with 10 and Smith with 9.

 

For Calvary Flanigan had 18 and VanderMeer with 10.

 

O'Conner credited with 8 rebounds and it seemed like O'Conner and Gligoravic did a great job on the boards. Murray did a nice job knocking down open shots. I don't know how many assists Smith had but would be surprised if it wasn't around double digits.

 

Scott got a lot of contributions from a lot of players before this turned into a big lead.
