Nikolic played a very good game. He was finishing shots he had struggled with before. He's improving and that's a great sign for the months ahead. But where do you think the majority of the passes were coming from? Samsel helped keep this game in reach.

That's what I had heard about Harrison.....He had some offers.

 

Agree with BG Elite about Samsel. Nicolic played his best game to date, but Samsel was able to get him the ball in position to score. Samsel looks like he is filling the point guard role well for Manual. When Jenkins returns, Manual is a top tier team in the state.

IMO Jenkins doesnt have much help. The Big Kid is weak with the ball and Samsel will not be able to handle the Pressure when it counts.

Samsel does not get the credit he is due. If Jenkins plays, then Manual remains undefeated and this is not debated.

The good news is Jenkins should return before Manual sees the tougher teams on their schedule such as Eastern, Ballard, and Jeffersontown.
