This game will be a lot closer than people think, and I think Scott can win this game

I think they can too.

Royals by 2 in what should be a dandy.

I agree this could go either way and will be a Dandy. Will be on here tomorrow night after our game with Montgomery Co to see how this game played out.

Best of luck to both teams.

Scott is way over rated. That will be clear to everyone after Mason Co. unloads on them tomorrow night. They lose by at least 15.Count on it.

I would disagree with this. Scott will compete against anyone in the 10th. IMO, they do not have the best talent 1-10, but they will play for their coach and they do a very good job of playing fundamental basketball.

Over rated? Please tell me how you come to this statement!:fight:

Please explain how a team with one quality win in the last year(Campbell Co.and darn lucky to get that one)can be ranked fifth in N.Ky.I repeat.Way over rated.

The polls clearly dont matter what happened last year because if they did Scott wouldn't be in the top 15, they were 11-18. This team returns 4 starters and is very deep on the bench.

:thumb: Excellent reply

^ What does last year have to do with this year?

Thats what im asking Stewie. He's saying Scott shouldn't be ranked 5th because they only had one quality win last season.

If Scott wants to be a top team in the region then IMO they need to win tommorow night at home vs Mason Co and make a statement.

I'm sorry, I am completly agreeing with you :thumb:

If your four starters were only good enough to win 11 games last year how good can they really be.Save yourself some heartache and don't get to excited about this team.

THis is a statement game, but not all statement games result in wins. Coach Carr wants this game, but he will do more to battle test his squad than to sacrafice everything for the win. To do that, he would only commit to a bench of 7-8 players, and anyone who knows him, knows he won't do that in December - no matter who the opponent is. I think the statement is that they play competitive basketball. This is school that you can't look at their record in the first month and determine how this team will play in March

Well lets see...Only two from last year played significant time the year before and one just graduated in Adkins which leaves Hiller the only one with Varsity experience. The three others hadn't played a lick of varsity. Its called getting experience and now having a year of experience under their belt. Sounds like either your not a big fan of the Eagles or you dont want to see them succeed which is what they will do this year!

Nothing predicts future performance more than past performance.Thats a fact.
