December 14, 200817 yr Speaking of Titanic, have you seen the alternate ending? It was posted on Youtube, at the end of the theatrical version the old lady climbs on to the rail and drops the necklace in the ocean. In the alternate ending, she gets confronted right before she drops it by Bill Paxton. They proceed to have this long conversation and he tries to talk her out of throwing it overboard. It was just AWFUL, I'm very happy they stuck with the ending they chose. lol yes the ending of that movie was perfect. I still am drawn to tears when I see it on TNT to this day. =/..I am a total idiot though. I had no idea at the end that Rose and Jack were reuniting and getting married in Heaven at the very end hahah.
December 14, 200817 yr I didn't, geeze. Slow your role. Good, thats exactly how I expected you to act. Defensive, because you were terrified.

December 14, 200817 yr I listen to death metal and I found Titanic very moving. James Horner's score really makes the movie as wonderful as it is. While I think Leo really got his start with the Basketball Diaries, this film is what really launched his career. It's a WONDERFUL ending and very moving, darnit. :thumb:
December 14, 200817 yr lol, just watch Titanic, trust me it will bring you to a happy place. Hmmm I think I'll save that for another day, I already said Friday Night Lights.

December 14, 200817 yr Did I read the words The Notebook earlier? I knew that would draw your attention.:scared:
December 14, 200817 yr I remember when the Notebook came out in theatres and nobody really expected it to do anything. The Sparks novel was a great book, but they didn't think the fanbase was that strong for it to lead to a box office hit. People were a tad off on that prediction. What I didn't know til later is that Sparks also wrote Message in a Bottle and a Walk to Remember. There is a movie in a similar vain to the Notebook called "Away From Her" directed by Sarah Polley. Really good movie.
