My son came home from his Social Studies class in which the teacher is a liberal and had been panting the picture to these 10 year olds about how great Obama was.

 

I asked my son if he knew what an abortion was. He said he did not.

I explained to him that some people kill their unborn child and there are some people including Obama in the Democrat party that think that is acceptable for this country to allow to him.

 

He was horrified that someone would choose to kill their unborn child and that others would say it was okay.

 

He went to school and told his friends about it and despite the teacher's best efforts his group of friends never again liked Obama.

 

I was truly proud of him for standing up for the most important issue we have out there.

 

Have you also talked to your son about what rape is or unprotected sex or incest?

I'd have a problem with a 10 year old discussing abortion rights with my 10 year old son or daughter. There is a time and a place for parents to have that discussion with their own children. A parent should determine when that time is appropriate. Imparting your beliefs through your child to other children who may have parents that don't agree with your view is irresponsible and quite frankly wrong.

 

You stole the words read out of my head. What the teacher did, and what the parent did are mirror images of one another. Who is the pot to call the kettle black?
