It looks like P burg has the capabilities, but doesn't always play with it's heart. I'm not up on Prestonsburg this year except for the scores, but their inconsistency is obvious. ...

 

It's not a problem with "heart". It's the opposite. What's been happening is the younger linemen on the defensive side of the ball haven't been maintaining gap assignments, most especially when the opposing offense plays a spread.

 

Offensively, P-burg has had as many turnovers the past 2 weeks as the rest of the season combined (excluding the Beechwood game). In addition, the field it played on Friday literally slowed down the Blackcat outside running game. When Craynon can't run/cut at full speed, the corner becomes much harder to reach (not to mention the difficulty pulling linemen have in the muck).

Nicholas dominated 3 1/2 quarters. If it wasnt for the stupid penalties and fumble snaps Nicholas would have won. they were inside the 5 twice and inside the twenty 3 other times and didnt score becouse of penalities. Metz and Boyd were completley shut down. If it wasnt for there QB they wouldnt had any o.Bath will win against Leslie, but after that just get the equipment up. The coaches have done a great job bringing Bath back
