The 'Burg has my attention up here in NEKY. I look for a blow out, no matter the 3 DQ'ed players. Williamsburg 49 Pineville 6.

 

May cooler heads prevail friday night and good sportsmanship abound on the field and in the stands.

Coach Elam, under the circumstances, did a remarkable job of keeping his composure. I believe a lot of coaches would have lost it and been thrown out of game. Pineville had two touchdowns called back due to questionable penalties....something that prevailed for all of the first half...I believe 11-1 or such against Pineville. Mild mannered Pineville fans who never criticize officiating were still livid on Monday morning around "coffee groups"!!!

 

Its always something down there the way I understand it. This makes like the third time this year someone say that the officiating was horrible get over it. Excuses are only good for the people that make them. Everybody assumes that there out to get Pineville. Why they've one three games in Single A football they shouldn't need that much help I would assume. Why dont someone just come out and say it we have won 6 or 7 ballgames in three years were not a very good football team.
