Beechwood 2008/2009

Featured Replies

What does Beechwood need to do to improve in 2008/2009? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Beechwood will be battling it out with HC and CCH to see who gets to avoid meeting Holmes in the first round of districts.

So will Beechwood get a late start again due to football or do they have enough this year to over come a late start?

Honestly I don't think any of Beechwood's impact players are footballers too.

Beechwood started off 5-0 last season so I don't think they had a late start. I will say that one reason they started 5-0 is the Holmes game got rescheduled due to snow. We will see where Beechwood stands with their season opener being at Holmes. :scared::eek:

Beeshwood has a transer from CC, Fangman, how does he fit in this year?

What position? How tall? What year?

Fangman is a 6'4" forward. Tall very skinny. He was at Scott at the begining of the year and got cut at tryouts. I am not certain if he is at Beechwood though? Might just be a rumor?

Wasn't there a Fangman on Campbell County's freshmen team last year? That transfer would be more beneficial to Beechwood if that is the actual player in question.

If he is a 6'4 forward he should give the Tigers some much needed size.

Not the same Fangman. This kid played at CC and transferred to Beechwood the first week of school. He has been a starter for CC, and should get playing time on the Varsity at Beechwood.

Glad we got that cleared up. I was going to say, the Fangman from Scott is still there. Now we know he is from CC. So the info on size and all that I gave you is wrong. I had the wrong person in mind.

If he started for CC last season, won't he have to sit out this year?

Fangman is not 6'4 and skinny. He is 6'1 and strong and has a great shot.

Tyler Fangman is a 6'1 small forward who sees some varsity minutes. He will be key next year for the tigers.
