That was one crazy game. A bunch of offense and very little defense. Those boys will sleep good tonight.

Who scored for Newport? I know they have some nice athletes.

Wow!! I don't think I've ever seen a frosh game that had this much scoring.

This game was basically a shoot out. Newport used a lot of 8th graders in this game so I would assume it is safe to say that the 8th graders have some talent. Lloyd also was impressive on offense. Lloyd O-line did a good job and #27 #80 and #39 showed that Lloyd will have some skilled players for the varsity in the future. Newport's #4 and #10 carried the ball with some authority. Newport also had a #6 that handled the KO return and made some impressive runs. As far as defense - neither team really had any push up front but then again if you enjoy a lot of offense then this was the game to watch.
