Fort Campbell comes into this game 8-0 and they average 48.5 points a game offensively while only giving up 6 points a game on defense. Trigg County started the season losing 3 games, but has won 4 of their last 5 with big win over Caldwell Co last week. There is certainly no love loss between these two former district rivals and current district champions. There is a good chance that they could meet again in four weeks in the regional championship game.

 

I believe Fort Campbell will get back to mid-season form and recover from last week’s penalty plagued performance.

I wouldn't be so sure. Trigg played Christian County down to the wire. This game could very easily be much closer than 35-10. The Falcons embarassed Trigg last year, so look for Trigg to play with a lot of intensity. May not do them any good, but the Falcons better not take them lightly.

The key here is who can stop the other's run game. Fort Campbell made OCath one-dimensional and took away their run. Fort Campbell will look to do the same thing to Trigg.

 

Trigg County must contain Andrews and not let Turner and Ervin run wild. Every year people expected a shootout, it turned out to be the opposite.
