I watched the Breathitt-Fleming game last Friday. Most of the Panthers' passing plays were dinks and dunks. Their lone score was on one of the few plays that stretched the field.

Do the Panthers ever run Newsome? He is a load; just wondering.

Fleming is also without their best RB; Cannon went down a few weeks ago as I recall.

Newsome is a pass first qb and yes he is a load, but doesnt run very well. The Panthers losing Cannon killed their running game. If recievers could hold on to the ball would be a big help. I just think Newsome is playing out of position.

Look for some things to come together for the Panthers this week; they need a boost of confidence bad.

Losing close games to Harrison and Rowan at the beginning of the year really killed Fleming's confidence. Believe it or not they have a talented team, it was showing in the first 2 games, and in the Gridorama against East Carter. It's just a matter of getting them to play together as a team.

Fleming County gets win #1. 28-12.

Lewis gets first win. 18 - 14
