The only link that I am aware of is that the root source of funding for the Annenberg School of Communication at Penn, the Annenberg School of Communication at USC, and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge was Walter Annenberg's personal fortune.

I posted a post after that. I had misread your initial post and when I went back to reread it for more clues, I figured out that you were speaking of the Annenberg Policy Center, and not the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. Sorry for the confusion.

OK, after watching the video again, Berg does link factcheck specifically to the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. So, I'm not crazy. :lol:

It makes no sense for FactCheck to attempt to authenticate a scanned copy of an alleged Obama birth certificate when litigation is pending in which Obama is refusing to produce his birth certificate.

Exactly what happens if it is found that Obama is not a legitimate candidate?

The US Constitution is explicit on this issue and it is not open to interpretation. If Obama is not a natural born citizen and the fact gets "blown off," then we will cease to become a country ruled by laws. Allowing any non-natural born citizen as defined by the Constitution to become POTUS, including the Governator, would legally require a constitutional amendment.

 

Maybe Obama is refusing to produce his birth certificate and other documents that have been requested by Berg to prevent the American people from learning that he was enrolled in school by his step father as an Indonesian Muslim.

 

Obama may simply want to avoid drawing attention to the possible fact that he was once considered an Indonesian Muslim to avoid a new round of "Obama is a Muslim" emails from making the rounds before the election.

OK. Thought something had to be ammended, but in this day and age, I don't take anything for granted.

It is weird. I kind of always thought when they filed to run all of this had to be produced. Under the current method, although they could not win, Bin Ladden or Putin could campaign to be preisdent here. It's a little drastic, but apparently alright in the eyes of the powers that be.

After doing some more digging on this subject, I ran across the following bit of information. There was apparently an announcement of Obama's birth in the Honolulu Advertiser. Most conservative blogs have pretty much dismissed the possibility that Berg will win his suit but it is strange that the suit has not been dismissed already.

 

Why is his citizenship being questioned? I always thought that if one of your parents was an American citizen, you were automatically an American citizen no matter were you were born, in or out of the country.
