September 10, 200818 yr http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/2008-08-31-palin-bridge_N.htm Is she just confused or out right lying?
September 10, 200818 yr Both Obama and Biden voted for the Bridge to Nowhere twice. Palin canceled the project. Who used better judgment?
September 10, 200818 yr Author Both Obama and Biden voted for the Bridge to Nowhere twice. Palin canceled the project. Who used better judgment?[/QUO But their not the ones on the NATIONAL STAGE lying to the people about it.

Who used better judgment?[/QUO But their not the ones on the NATIONAL STAGE lying to the people about it. Palin killed the bridge project. Obama and Biden voted for it twice. They are being hypocritical to criticize her for initially supporting the project before she canceled it. Obama's earmarks are about to become a big issue. Wastn't there already a thread on the bridge? Are you going to recycle all of the smears against Palin?

They are not criticing her for supporting it they are critcising her for lying about it and trying to REFORM her image with the lie.
September 10, 200818 yr Wasn't there several on Obama being a Muslim ? They are not criticing her for supporting it they are critcising her for lying about it and trying to REFORM her image with the lie. The Democrats in Alaska credited Palin for killing the bridge. I guess Obama and Biden know more than those rubes.
September 10, 200818 yr Author The Democrats in Alaska credited Palin for killing the bridge. I guess Obama and Biden know more than those rubes. It's not the bridge, it's lying about the bridge. Take the Mayor of Detroit. He had an affair. He didn't get a jail term, 5 years probation and a one million dollar fine for the affair, he got it for lying about the affair. Same with Scooter, same with Palin and Troopergate.
September 10, 200818 yr I see the Republicans post smears on Obama, the oen who is running for President. Then I see smears on Palin from the Democrats on here who is running for Vice President. Is there no more dirt on Mcain? By the way Aces Full, I love your posts it allows me to not even have to give reasons on these absurd posts on Palin because you have really good comebacks on all of them.

I do believe Palin has overstated her case on the bridge somewhat but Obama is a fool to attack anybody on earmarks. You are right about the attacks on Palin. Obama is playing right into McCain's hands by making it an Obama vs. Palin race. Most voters are ultimately going to vote on the top of the ticket and Obama is not laying a glove on McCain and whatever Biden is saying on the campaign trail is getting very little coverage.

Palin is a new arrivval to the game, of course she will be researched, and so far she isn't as she presents herself.
September 10, 200818 yr Palin is a new arrivval to the game, of course she will be researched, and so far she isn't as she presents herself. I believe the majority will disagree with you on November 4th.
September 10, 200818 yr I believe the majority will disagree with you on November 4th.The majority disagrees with him now.

September 10, 200818 yr I'm reminded of John F. Kerry (who served in Vietnam) voting for the $86 billion before he voted against it. Republicans labeled him a flip-flopper, while Dems defended him as being "nuanced" and able to reassess his decisions, unafraid to shift directions as more facts came to light that could affect his judgment. Which is it DD? From my perspective, it's who made the right decision in the end. In this case Palin wins. :thumb:
