Anyone have thoughts on this game? I got the feeling the Boyd Coaches would have preferred to be at a Labor Day cookout than at this game.

The game was exciting except for the fact they wouldn't run the ball. Plus they need to work on pass blocking. The quarterback took alot of hits. Good passing game though. Go county!

I haven't heard it from coach Evans, but it looks like he wants to go to a pass oriented offense with a good run game to keep the defense honest. Alot of programs are trying this and getting a beating from the fans. This seems to be a better way to go to this scheme. As I said I haven't heard anything on this, but the varsity is throwing more than under previous coaches.

Yes they are. The Timberwloves are what was CK, Buffalo, and Vinson High Schools. They have alot of talent, but just have not been able to get the program where it should be. I've been hearing from my coworkers from Kenova,WV that with the new coach the air of optimism is beginning to show.
