Should be a good one. Does anyone know what time the scrimmage is today & is this one to be played at Mayfield or Christian Co?

The scrimmage is at 6:30 tonight at the Christian County Middle school

I wasn't there but my report was that Mayfield beat Christian Co. in every phase. I heard a score of around 28-14.

I heard the same..A little surpised by this outcome with all the athletes and experience Christian has this year..

That's funny, because I talked to a player last night that said Christian had 7 varsity TD's. He didn't remember how many Mayfield had, but said it wasn't more than 3 or 4.

I talked to a very knowledgable fan who was there and wouldn't sugar coat anything. Nor would I ever get on here and say anything that I didn't think was true.

The Hopkinsville newspaper reported Christian Co. won the varsity scrimmage 4-2

I need some confirmation, anyone? At least theres 2 counts showing the score 4-2 or 28-14, whichever way you want to count it, but, which team was 2 and which was 4? Not that it matters, but, I'd still like to hear from someone that was there and get a little recap....

I wasn't there, but I would think that Mayfield would have an easier time with Christian than Milan, TN. I have seen Christian and Milan both and Milan is prob twice as large as Christian, but I am not sure who has the better athletes.

Senior quarterback James Bauer connected with David Wallace on two long touchdown passes and T.J. Grimes and Vashun Banks scored on touchdown runs as the Colonels outscored the Cardinals 4-2.

 

Sounds like Christian County scored four times to me....
