August 1, 200818 yr I've come to the conclusion that nobody, reporters, team, players, reporters and reporters have NO clue what is going to happen. The logical options are: 1. He stays retired and takes the cash along with maybe some kind of marketing deal with the Pack. 2. He's a Packer. 3. He's a Buc. 4. He's a Jet. 5. He's a Vike. 6. He's a Bear. I don't think he'll be a Bear and they are crazy if they let him go to the Vikings. You can pretty much take any of those options, call it breaking news and you will be right in the mix with the rest of the media! Nobody has a clue right now. I think it's silly that Godell has let it drag on. It's pretty simple, the Packers want him or they don't. If they do then take him and face little repercussions. If they don't then deal him, deal with a lot of angry fans and pray you win + get a pick.

August 1, 200818 yr It's pretty obvious there is a lot of bad blood. The Packers said they would let Farve shop himself if he got rid of Buzz Cook his agent. Thompson didn't even go to Farve's house instead sent somebody else which shows there isn't much love. Supposedly Farve said no to Jets+Bucs and will only play for Chicago or Minny if the Packers don't keep him. With Garcia going down I would think Gruden would be salavating to get Farve there.
