There is no question that Shockey has been more of a distraction for his team this past year compared to T.O. in Dallas this past year. Obviously not T.O. in Philly but it's a no brainer this past year. That is why I think you have to tip your hat to Jones + Calvin Hill for stressing the team concept in Big D.
July 2, 200818 yr Cincy's main problems started when they began to win? All the arrests and such began the offseason after making the playoffs. I didn't know we were restricted to only the time after the Bengals' playoff season. Guess I didn't get that memo.

The big team concept that got them a 1 and done in the playoffs. I think the Giants team concept worked a little better :lol:.
