You may be right here, but I wonder what it might cost to get that done. Isn't the going rate for lawyers about $300 per hour?

 

Doesn't matter...once the KHSAA makes a final decision, even if the family decides to take it to court, it will do no good. All participating schools of the KHSAA signed an agreement to updold any ruling by the khsaa otherwise they can't participate in khsaa events.

 

I think Euton's could MAYBE get overturned but not Jackson's. It doesn't help though that each party has quotes in the paper saying the school chosen was for athletic purposes. Big no no.
