H Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 Should I interpret your response to mean that there is no difference between Bush and McCain on the Iraq War? At this point in time (not four years ago, when McCain was openly critical of Bush's early handling of the war), what are the differences between the two on how they would propose to go forward? I don't see much difference. They use the same rhetoric, speaking of staying until we achieve "victory" (whatever that means). They both speak of a very long term U.S. military presence in Iraq.
