No member has to report you. This is a public forum, at least part of the time. IMO, it is foolish to express support for a terrorist organization online, whether you mean it or not. Either way, you could find yourself on the no-fly list in a hurry.

I would say I jumped the gun saying I would support any invasion of Israel in the name of Palestine. I love America and the rights it affords me as a US citizen.

May 10, 200818 yr Author It's not possible to support our troops and support the invasion of Israel. Our troops will be fighting alongside Israeli soldiers if all out war breaks out in the Middle East. Anybody who really supports the troops should be hoping that Lebanon's government rids its country of the vermin that call themselves Hezbollah. There will be war if Hezbollah overthrows the government of Lebanon and it will put our troops at grave risk.

Gooch it is best you don't try to talk to me from a "moral" standpoint in a case like this. I don't care about moral high ground one iota where a war is concerned. If there was an actual invasion of Israel (whether they deserve the land or not) by Iran or SPONSORED by Iran I would wholeheartedly endorse sending squadrons of bombers and many a flight of missiles into Iran to erase it from the map. Much like Rome once salted the earth in Carthage. That being said I would rather it not come to that as it could lead to a further waste in human resources by many countries.
May 10, 200818 yr Also for what it is worth I don't feel that either side in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is wholly right. Is it unfortunate that Palestinians were forced from their homes by might of arms? Yeah, I could see that, but at the same time I cannot condemn Israel for doing that since we were notorious for doing it to the indigenous population in the America. Israel was given land by the UN and the Palestinians were given this land. The Jewish settlers claim it is theirs by ancestral right and the fact that they were forcibly expelled by the Romans after their final uprising. The Palestinians have more or less been living there ever since, so they have ancestral claims to it as well. Who is right? There is no right here if you ask me. I honestly feel that the Arab nations surrounding Israel have not helped the problem by seemingly refusing to try to assimilate the refugees.

To save ourselves we must completley pull ourselves out of the mess in the middle east and begin to fix our own country. Protect these United States. A amazingly fortified homeland and nothing else.

We have done it before, Dresden and Wurzburg come to mind along with Monte Cassino. The "makes us no better than them" argument is irrelevant to me. In a war the innocent sometimes have to die, it is not a desirable outcome but sometimes it has to be done. For what it is worth I don't think we are "just crazy enough to make a parking lot out of their country," mostly because the majority of Americans have an idealistic outlook of conflict and can't understand that the "bad guys" and "good guys" are a purely subjective concept. They don't have the stomach to do what is necessary when it comes down to it. Do I want to do that sort of thing? No, I would rather not have people die. Not so much because I find all life sacred and needing to be protected, if I did I would be a Buddhist monk in seclusion so as t avoid harming any sort of living thing. No, it is more because I know how much I would prefer to live and I would suppose that their desire is similar.
