Tallest returning player in the State?

Featured Replies

I saw this thread on the boys side and thought it would be interesting to find the girl counterparts. Who are the tallest girls from your area?

Mary Jehlik, a junior to be at Montgomery Co. is 6'3 right now.

There is a freshman at Scott High that looked to be about 6' 3". Our girls played against her team at SOAS and that is the height that we were told she was. SHe seemed to have a lot of potential.

We do not regularly play Scott High so I could be wrong about her year. She will be a nice player for them next year.

Her name is Lauren Tibbs, and she will be a sophomore next year. Not real sure of exactly how tall she is. But, she just keeps getting better every year as a player. I am sure by her senior year, you will be hearing her name a whole lot.

What about the girl from Nelson Co.??

She's 2 to 3 inches taller than me so I would say she is 6'5" and has great hands and a soft touch. She does need to get stronger and more aggressive. If she does, she will make some noise.

And she is only going to be a sophomore. I am sure she is getting plenty of looks from college coaches already.
