Hopson made the finals, but missed both dunks to finish 3rd. Sounds like a snoozer as westsider expected...

Where did you get that? Did you get to see it?

I work for Rivals and know a few of our national guys at the event...

I know this isn't what this thread is about...but Gametime what do you think of Elliot Williams? I've seen a few highlight videos of him and I was impressed.

I've only seen him in person once, and I was there watching someone else for the most part. He's a very smooth athlete, and should fit in well at Duke. Would fit better if he was 6'10" 245...

Very true. We'll take all the athletes we can get though.

So who won this contest?

Demar DeRozan. It did sound like his winning jam was very impressive...

I really dont like his attitude...he seems to be all me and not about the team.

BCG would change that. He could make a impact at UK.

If he goes to UK, I would hope so.

For everyone that doesn't want him at UK, if he doesn't work hard enough, he won't play, look at Crawford at the beginning of the year, so he won't hurt the team, he could only help us, and I think we can all agree that he COULD help us.

I really would think he would pick Tennessee. He likes the run and gun style.

And from his interviews he kind of seems like a thug, he'd fit in perfect Tennessee, he will have to start wearing a white head band though.:lol:

Just curious...How does he seem like a thug?

Quit the "Thug" talk, he is a high school athlete, you don't have to think he is the best player ever, but remember you are talking about a young man still in high school in a public forum.

Scotty is a very nice and polite kid. Much of the same talk was made of Patrick Patterson last year--"he's a me-first guy" "he's milking the spotlight" "we don't want him anyway" and look how wrong that was! I sincerely hope Scotty comes to UK!
