Lincoln proved it was on top of it's game all year long and only had one loss in a very competitive 12th Region. It would have been nice to see what McCreary could have done in the tournament considering they were 3-1 against the final four teams left (Four point loss @ WJ).

 

What will Lincoln have next season? Rebuilding year?

 

I will go out on a limb and say that they will reload, not rebuild. Their guard play will not be as strong, but look for Spurlin to be a beast down low next year. A three peat for region championships will be hard to obtain, but you just never know in this region what might happen.

Well, they are losing three one thousand point scorers. But, they do have Spurlin back. He will be one of the top five players in the region. They return two starters and the sixth and seventh man. A few good young kids coming up. They will be good, but probably not this good.

 

I would of liked to see McCreary get out of the District too, it is a shame that no one gets to see Watts play.
