I am not exactly sure what all this means but if the refs call a close game then Montgomery County has a lot tougher road. They have played a very physical defense all year and it will eventually come to haunt you if that is what you base your game plan on. It amazes me that Montgomery got such an easy ride in the region after being second best again in the district!:sssh:

The young Wildcats are playing their best basketball of the season, and should have enough firepower to keep it close. In the end, the homecourt advantage and size of Montgomery will be too much.

The slipper falls off tonight,Tribe by 32 in a runaway,Way to much size for Pendleton.

I'll be pulling for PC, especially if my Panthers win in the early game tonight! But I'm afraid the reality is, Montgomery Co. will win by at least 15. Good Luck PC and leave it all on the court like you have been!!

Thank you mhighfield! At least someone in this post knows what they are talking about. Montgomery in a landslide! Should be similar to Mason's win last night. Not quite as large a margin though.

On the region draw, MC got about as lucky as Clark did by beating Campbell yesterday.

 

At this point, the Indians should sail to the finals and play a tired team.

Who make sthe draw for the brackets in the region? It really is a strange coincidence that all the teams in Montgomery's side barely win 30 games ALL TOGETHER!!! Hopefully we will see a GRC Montgomery final! That place will never be the same if that happens.........:scared:

Yeah Mason's game last night really got their JV team tired.I don't think the starters worked up a sweat.:cry:

Teams losing in the in the district finals usually have to pay a heavy price. Just ask the Indians last year when they drew Mason @Mason in the first round. I really thought the Indians would get a tough draw this year after they lost to GRC but luck was on their side at the draw. They had a 33 1/3 chance being opposite both Mason and Clark and that happended.

 

The combination of not drawing Mason and Scott upsetting Campbell in the district finals really set up a dream draw for Montgomery County. I will take it though. When you play in a region that has produced guys like Lofton, Miller, and Knowles you have to have some good fortune to make it to Rupp.

I think Montgomery/ GRC played in the finals once or twice in the 60's. Anybody have any info on that. It would be wild. Anyway, does anyone know the last time two teams from the same district made it to the 10th region finals?
